A day in the life

Usually it begins at 6. A little comes into my room climbs into bed and snuggles for a few minutes. Now the demands to get dressed come. And then the question I hear too often, can I ride my motorcycle?"

The drive to preschool consists of him being the cutest backseat driver. Telling me when to turn, when its clear, what color the light is all intermingled with his concerns of having so much to do at preschool but not enough time to do it all.

We enjoy a lunch which if it is nice outside is usually hardly touched and then off to the outdoors.  Motorcycle riding, chalk drawing and racing is what usually keeps this little boy entertained for the rest of the afternoon.

He spends a bulk of time fighting bad guys and practicing all sorts of superhero moves that both Matt and I have to copy.  When he is not creating outside he is coloring inside.  This boy loves to color and considers himself to be an artist.  Another favorite is taking surveys.  He loves to take surveys.

We have spent the last 2 years in a stretchy pant phase which is still going strong.  However, every once in a while he takes off the stretchy pants, changes the superhero t-shirt puts on what he calls a fancy shirt, jeans, and always a bow tie.

His evenings consist of a car race home from the gym (coincidentally, daddy and him always win :) ) Hardly touching a his food and always a bedtime story.

That is my Presty-boy in a nutshell
