Preston's First Birthday

I can't believe he is already 1. At first it seemed to go so slow, but after 6 months it flew by. My little baby is becoming a big boy! He crawls and walks along furniture, he says da-da (still not ma-ma) and he now thinks that he can feed himself although it usually ends up with food all over the floor and the spoon or fork being thrown. We still have to hold his bottle so he still needs us I guess. Matt and I love Preston so much and I am so glad that he is our little boy.

For his birthday we had all of our family come and celebrate the great event, which is more for us than it is Preston. It was fun to watch him dig into his cupcake, eat ice cream all by himself and be completely uninterested in his gifts. He is now by the way.

I still can not believe he is one. Next thing you know he will be off to college...with bottle in tow.
