Exploring Northwest Arkansas

We went out exploring Northwest Arkansas this past weekend and saw some of the exciting attractions nearby.

This is War Eagle Mill.  Originally built in 1832, but since then has been rebuilt 3+ times because of the Civil War, floods, and other problems.

You know I can't wait to share these pictures with Preston's future wife.  What a smile!

Did you know that Arkansas has it's own NASA headquarters.  Yep, pretty nice!
Check out that spaceship.  Here in Arkansas we already have space cars.  Can't say that I know very many states (or nations) that are this advanced.

This is the Christ of the Ozarks.  Pretty big huh?

Here's Preston rolling down the hill.

Here's Matt falling down the hill.

And Preston's latest home improvement.  A battery holder, hip hip hooray!

Preston is becoming quite the little handyman! You must like having such a great helper around the house. I love his shoes :-)
