Porter 4 months

Porter is 4 months old!

He thinks that big brother Preston is the funniest person alive! Preston just looks at him and he starts laughing up a storm.

He rolls over from tummy to back and back to tummy. 

He desperately wants big people food to the extent that he starts crying if you are holding him and eating something.

his eyes are blue blue blue and his hair is still red.

he weighs 17 pounds! and is already wearing 6-12 month clothing.

The car seat is going to have to be replaced with something that can hold this big guy because his legs are already hanging out of it by far. He might just be a tall person.

He is a happy smiley baby and I am so happy he is mine!

Easter 2012

This year Preston really got into to whole egg hunting thing for Easter.  He finally understands what to do and he does not allow any egg to be left behind.

However, we went to a helicopter egg drop and the helicopter was more exciting than picking up the eggs.  He was so busy watching the helicopter fly over us that the eggs were quickly disappearing around us.  He loved it though. Porter will hopefully get to participate in next years Easter celebrations. 

For Easter we had some friends over for dinner and a little egg hunt with Preston and their 4 little girls.  This made me realize that Preston may not be the best at letting "girls go first".  And it wasn't until later that I realized I didn't have any pictures of Porter and Preston in their handsome Easter attire.  With church at 8 am there are a lot of things going on and taking pictures is not one of them.

It has been summertime weather since February and this little boy has grown 2 sizes in a few short months.  Hence the shirt and pants that look like they are going to bust open at any moment.
